Uh welcome back to Legally Friends. I'm Zach. I'm joined by Amy, and this could be a good episode. We got some uh we're gonna talk about the horses. We're gonna talk about me being part of the PJ tour now, aka I'm not, but just making fun of the guy that plays for the well, I guess, claimed he played for the 49ers.

SPEAKER_01I sent him 20k last night. I'm supposed to get 60 next week. Oh well, let's get into it. What's up? How's it going? Wait, what the heck? You're not you're freaking texting.
SPEAKER_03I know, sorry.
SPEAKER_01So why'd you say yes?
SPEAKER_03No, because I'm ready. I'm here. Why the heck do you have a golf club like cuddled up next to you?
SPEAKER_01What are you talking about? I'm on the PGA tour.
SPEAKER_03Oh.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.

SPEAKER_01So I actually yeah, I was on the PJ tour um this past year. I don't think I don't think you saw me this year though, because I had an injury.
SPEAKER_03Oh right.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so I hurt myself.
SPEAKER_03Did you not like close your pinky all the way?
SPEAKER_01No, no, no, no, no. I actually had a blister on my pinky toe. Right. And so then when I went to pass the waivers, I tried to do like my swings, you know?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But it was I could feel my little pinky toe getting hurt when I was swinging. And so I wasn't able to pass the physical waivers, but I passed the financial, the emotional, I passed the the trade and the other all those other waivers. But I just couldn't get through the physical because my bliss are on my pinky, but they the Torah promised that next year I'll be fine. Um but anyway. I have an investment for you though. I I need you to send me some money. This was big.
SPEAKER_03Oh yeah. Are you gonna tell your financial advisor to expedite my money so that I can make more money faster?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. No, no, like seriously. You this is what you want you I want you to do. Go grab Michael's phone. You're gonna Venmo me just 50, 60,000.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Next week, that'll be 120,000. You put that money back into your dad's account plus interest, and then you keep the rest.
SPEAKER_03Right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right. No, I think that's I think that's perfect. Like I will go do that right now.
SPEAKER_01I mean, all right, sounds good. But truly, sorry, all jokes aside, that is the funniest and craziest story ever.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, for those of you who don't know what we're talking about, you need to pause this podcast right now and go on TikTok or Instagram and search up Dejaan Love because he told these girls that he was a wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers. And but he went undrafted and on his off days, he was talking to the LA Rams, and he doesn't have to go to training camp because training camp and practice are just for the players who like need the extra help. And he's like the best, he's one of the best players in the whole NFL. And then he got these girls to send him money.
SPEAKER_01No, like not just a little bit of money. He scammed one point, it was actually one point like three million dollars out of these poor girls.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. This one girl like took out a loan. I heard one girl sold her house. I don't know if that's actually true, but that's what I heard. But also watching his videos, because he like he would carry that damn helmet around with him everywhere, and then he's like on the beach with his helmet on in a swimsuit, like running routes, like, and it's like watching that video. If you are dumb enough to believe that that guy is in the NFL, then it's like I I really don't feel bad for you. And like watching him do the grapevine, it's like no, like I am more athletic than that guy.
SPEAKER_01I mean, yeah. It's a good thing.
SPEAKER_03Okay, wait, also, I have a question.
SPEAKER_01Sure.
SPEAKER_03I I kind of it's kind of dumb.
SPEAKER_01I expect most questions come from me to be dumb, but keep going.
SPEAKER_03I've I've always wondered this, like since I was little.
SPEAKER_01Is it gonna get to it?

SPEAKER_01Well well, you think about your it's a grape vine, like you're hearing about it through the vine.

SPEAKER_03Yeah. Just because like that's what I've always said, you know? I've yeah.
SPEAKER_01Okay, anyway. Yeah, anyway, so back to your point, Miss Grapevine.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, I just it's hard for me to feel bad for these girls because I'm like, also, in this day and age, you can Google somebody so fast, and it's like, okay, you can you can Google the entire like 300-person roster for a football team, he's not on it.
SPEAKER_01Yes, first not 300 people, but you know what I mean.
SPEAKER_03Well, football teams have like 60 players.
SPEAKER_01There are a lot. Yeah, I just don't know because it's so easy. Like, if you were just to watch his video versus someone that actually knows actually plays football when they're doing like their little routes in his practice, like the difference is insane. Like he is so bad.
SPEAKER_03It it's so bad, and then also like the videos that he was sending these girls, he's like, Yeah, sorry, I'm just like in my brand new McLaren. It's like real touch and go, because it's like beeping at him. And I'm like, wait, what? And then when he's like, So, what a lot of people don't know, or what what me and like the NFL buddies call the civilians don't know about the NFL. And it's like, okay, you're not a Marine, you're not a Navy SEAL, shut the hell up, you're a civilian. NFL people are civilians.
SPEAKER_01Nope, you're a civilian. We're all civilians, we're not an NFL.
SPEAKER_03And then my favorite is when he says that he is a billionaire trust funder.
SPEAKER_01When he said that?
SPEAKER_03Yes, he he's from Switzerland, and he's a his mom and dad are like one of the richest people on the earth, and he's a billionaire, and they have the second highest sharehold in the Gucci store on Saks Fifth Avenue, is what he said to this girl. And I'm like, okay, how girl, how did you not clock that? Sacks Fifth Avenue, a Gucci store on Sax Fifth Avenue. Sax Fifth Avenue is not a street, there's a Saks on Fifth Avenue.
SPEAKER_01And Gucci is and I'm there's a Gucci store in Sax Fifth Avenue.
SPEAKER_03Gucci is Sax Fifth Avenue is a department store.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and Gucci's not a franchise store. Like you can't just go buy a Gucci.
SPEAKER_03Well, no, no, his parents are the largest shareholders in that specific store. And that specifically in the Gucci store on Sax Fifth Avenue.
SPEAKER_01And that made them the second, I mean, like the richest people on earth. That one store. Yes.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and it's just like, okay, so if you're so rich, why are you asking these girls for money?
SPEAKER_01That's my whole question. It's like, what was happening? Was he just selling it like, oh, like I'm gonna help you out, I'm gonna make you a ton of money?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he was like, I'm investing in this, my parents are investing in this, so like you should invest, and then like I'll talk to my this is my favorite. He's like, I'll talk to my financial advisor, and we're gonna put it in an expedited account, and that's gonna give your money a lot of momentum so that it'll grow faster. And then he's like, and then in a few days it'll like triple and I'll give you your money back.
SPEAKER_01That is hilarious. But at the same time, okay, say you're one of these poor, poor women who don't watch football, maybe going through tough times financially.
SPEAKER_03I don't watch football. I was trying to explain it to Michael and Shannon, and they were like not understanding. So I was like, I'll just go find some videos.
SPEAKER_01Wait, why can't they understand?
SPEAKER_03Like they were just like, what? Like, how did he get money out of these girls? Like they were just, and I was like, no, no, no, like you just have to hear and see and like listen to these videos. So I went down the rabbit hole and I was just like firing off like all these TikToks, and I was in the Was that the same time you were sending them to me? Crying, laughing. Like I like have not laughed that hard in so long. Like I am like kind of sad that he's in jail because we're not gonna get any more content out of him.
SPEAKER_00You should release them just for the content. No, literally, it is let's I'll keep funding them so we can keep up the lie.
SPEAKER_03Like, I'm just like shook. And like I he was just like so committed to the bit. Like, you kind of have to like give him some credit because it's like he is walking around, he's setting up cones on the sand, and he's like, Hey, buddy, come film me do these routes that I look horrible at. And there are other people on the beach watching him do this swimsuit, helmet on, and he's like, And I'm just like, you don't even look good. If you're getting paid a million dollars to go fake this from you scamming people, I just like, did the people around him like, did they also think he was in the NFL or were they in on it?
SPEAKER_01No, my biggest like question is where are the people that he grew up with? Like, who are the people that actually knew him before he started this live? Because why don't you think, like, if I saw my friend posting this, I'd be like, bro, what are you doing?
SPEAKER_03Maybe he like blocked everyone.
SPEAKER_01I mean, he had to have and had to like be very quick on deleting comments because if someone like bro, you don't play in the for the 49ers, you know, delete that so quick.
SPEAKER_03And he's like 35 or something, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I I just it's insane.
SPEAKER_03No, like no 30, there's no 35-year-old wide receiver. I feel like the only like you can only be old in football if you're the quarterback or the kicker.
SPEAKER_01It's actually kind of true.
SPEAKER_03Like, yeah.
SPEAKER_01No, it's it's a wild story. It's pretty funny. No, it and but the the crazy thing is, this is just because I've been around the sports world, um, there's people don't do it to this extent, but you'd be surprised how many people like fake that they play in the NFL or play like professional sports, or they say they're associated with a team. Not to scam money, but just to like like to get clout? No, to sleep with people.
SPEAKER_03Oh.
SPEAKER_01To like sleep with girls. Very that's unfortunately very common.
SPEAKER_03I guess I just like don't understand, and maybe it's because like I don't know. I've just like never been like, oh, like I only like athletes, or like, oh, you're an athlete, so like you're so much more attractive to me. It's like I don't care if you're an athlete or not, like, cool.
SPEAKER_01Well, the reason people are attracted to athletes, especially professional ones, is for one thing money. Like, well, stop texting.
SPEAKER_03Sorry, I was like, I was I was texting Megan back.
SPEAKER_01Literally, it's like give it a breast.
SPEAKER_03Well, I had to say no. She she can't do that. That's not okay.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Anyway. Yeah, they do it just for the money, because unfortunately, you know, a lot of girls don't have a Michael in their life. Yeah, but so they can't be swiping credit cards for something else. So that's what they're hoping to find.
SPEAKER_03But again, so it's like, so you're gonna go out with this football player or basketball player athlete, whatever, you're gonna sleep with him, but that has no guarantees that you like. Do you want me to show marry, or it's like, are they trying to trap him and like get pregnant?
SPEAKER_01Can I just share a little bit like the real world out there with professional athletes and what they do?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's it's a little shocking, but a lot of it is they will they fly girls out or they'll have a girl come stay with them, and then they'll buy uh they'll buy her a purse or they'll leave her some money when they leave. Like because that's because they know it's a one-night thing.
SPEAKER_03Isn't that like prostitution?
SPEAKER_01Some would say. Some would say, but no, it's just a gift, they're not prostituting because they're not guaranteeing them money or anything, but it's like a common thing that you'll hear is they'll fly them out or they'll sleep with them and they will leave a little gift for them. It's a gift of prostitution. I would feel like a prostitute, but once again, it's these four people that are just like looking for money, and it's like, oh, I can go sleep with this guy, he's and also they do do it for the clout too, because then they like tell everybody they did it, and that helps them become more famous. There's plenty of people that become famous off of sleeping with athletes, but no, it's a wild world, trust me. It is wild. I have I have friends that will just be like associated with the team, and girls just like they're not even playing, they're just like associated with a professional sports team, and they throw the girls will throw themselves at them just because they see the sports thing.
SPEAKER_03I just like that is like such a foreign thing to me. Because honestly, it's like especially because like they say like all athletes are cheaters.
SPEAKER_01I wouldn't say all athletes are cheaters, but yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay, most professional athletes are cheaters, like they have they have a girl in every city type of thing. Yes, yes, and so it's like when I see somebody, like for example, like on Raya, when I go like scroll on Raya and I see a professional athlete, I'm like, ew. Cause I know like it's like they have a girl in every city, it's like a turnoff to me that they're an athlete, honestly.
SPEAKER_01But but if you see a lot of athletes too, a lot of them married like their high school sweethearts because they don't want those girls, you know what I mean? Yeah, and I I totally get that, but uh because there's all those girls that are just searching for the money off of them, yeah. But yeah, it's a wild world, like it's I know the NBA is pretty bad.
SPEAKER_03I'm gonna say I heard hockey and baseball are the worst because they're the ones that travel the most.
SPEAKER_01I mean NBA travels, I think, more than hockey. Oh, but the and especially I heard of like Tinder and things and online dating. Um it's just wild because girls will just they'll swipe up on Tinder, like, oh, I'm coming to the city. Um, they'll give them a leave a room key at the door. Girls will be up in the room waiting for them when they pull in.
SPEAKER_03No, like that that is just like so gross to me.
SPEAKER_01I know it's it's wild. It's honestly it's very sad, but it's like both sides are trying to get what they want. You know what I mean? One side's trying to get some money, the other side just trying to, you know, hook up.
SPEAKER_03I mean, get your bag, I guess, but it's a wild world out there.
SPEAKER_01Anyway, so this so this guy must have had success with the first thing and then been like, wow, I can even take this to the next level and start scamming girls. Insane.
SPEAKER_03No, he is so out of pocket, and I'm like, either you are like so delusional. I think he believes his own lies, or maybe he just that's like his like persona or something, like he is like two personalities or something. I don't know.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I have so many thoughts on this.
SPEAKER_03Like, do you think do you think deep down he's like, I play for the NFL?
SPEAKER_01No, absolutely not.
SPEAKER_03Or he's just like, I don't care, I can get these idiot girls to send me money. Wait, did you know that his financial advisor was only 18? So these girls were getting scammed by a 30, like five-year-old and an 18-year-old.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And when they first started the scam, the 18-year-old was like 16. They were getting scammed by a minor.
SPEAKER_01That's insane. Like wild. All right.
SPEAKER_03It's so entertaining. Like, you have I've literally my camera role lately is just like all these Dijon love TikToks because I have to save them and send them to you. But I was crying laughing.
SPEAKER_01I can't wait to see the Netflix documentary that comes out about him.
SPEAKER_03No, like honestly, they they need to get on that.
SPEAKER_01I guarantee it's already in the works.
SPEAKER_03It's so it's so funny. Oh my gosh, I can't.

SPEAKER_03Yeah, well, I mean, kind of. I missed my boys and I miss Megan.

SPEAKER_03Yeah, so well, the big news is that Shannon got a facelift.
SPEAKER_01Are we saying that?
SPEAKER_03We're saying it because you want to know why.
SPEAKER_01Did she say you can say that?
SPEAKER_03No, but I have been her caretaker. And well, and she's going out in public now, and so it's like people are gonna know. It's like, hello, she's gonna look like 30 years younger.
SPEAKER_01Is this one of those situations where was it you or Rachel that did Megan's like announcement? Or maybe maybe been Emily, I guess one of you three that announced that Megan was pregnant before she even announced it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that was me. That was my bad. We were on a live.
SPEAKER_01Freaking idiot. So is this one of those situations where once again, here comes Amy announcing to the world the news that it's not hers to share?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, this is the thing though. And I'm saying it here. Shannon comes on the podcast. When she comes on, it'll be like in a few weeks, and she will unveil her new face.
SPEAKER_01That's gonna be her big reveal is on the pod.
SPEAKER_03She has to give us the first like view.
SPEAKER_01The first peak.
SPEAKER_03Because I was her full-time caretaker, I was her head nurse, and it was exhausting. Especially the first like few days, because I had to set alarms like through the night to give her her antibiotic, her pain pills. Like, honestly, I was so stressed that she like was gonna stop breathing because she was in surgery for like nine hours.
SPEAKER_01Nine hours?
SPEAKER_03Nine hours. So I like kept waking up, like being like, like, are you breathing? And like, anyway, it just like it freaked me out. It freaked me out, and it's it's like intense because you have to do like the wrap, and then you have to clean all like the sutures and everything, and it was a lot.
SPEAKER_01And I know you, this is also a very personal thing to bring up, but just because of your experience with like your grandma, I feel like that also adds to your stress because you've been through that before, and like you're like extra on edge to make sure like everything's okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and like especially like when you take um like pain pills, like after a major surgery like that, when you're taking pain pills or muscle relaxers or whatever, it slows your heart rate down.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And so that also. Like freaks me out because I'm like, what if it slows your heart rate down too much?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_03So, because like sometimes I like after I got my nose job, I remember being like, Oh my gosh, like yeah, I don't know. Sometimes like you get like so high that you're like, Am I okay?
SPEAKER_01Like you're too relaxed.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, or like like that even happens to me at the dentist when you get laughing gas. Like if they turn it up too high and you're like, oh my gosh, like it's just too much.
SPEAKER_01Do you get laughing gas just to get your teeth cleaned?
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Oh my gosh. I do.
SPEAKER_01You are such a baby. I also freaking druggy.
SPEAKER_03I also get laughing gas when I get my Botox.
SPEAKER_01You get laughing gas for Botox?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01You're a freaking wuss.

SPEAKER_01Why do you need laughing gas for Botox?
SPEAKER_03Well, because why not?
SPEAKER_01Okay. It's not that bad.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, but it hurts.
SPEAKER_01No way. You are such a wuss. That is not true. Okay. I've unfortunately, yes, as people know, I've done Botox. For migraines, people, not for cosmetic. And it is way more shots. Like, I think it's total of like 30-something shots, 35 shots.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you have to do a lot.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's not that bad. Yeah, but it's okay.
SPEAKER_03Well, you're a lot tougher than me. I'm still working on my country strong.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you do need to work on that. Actually, I was impressed though. Like, genuine okay, going back to the horse license, genuine genuinely, I was very impressed with you.
SPEAKER_03Because thank you.
SPEAKER_01I uh did not expect you to be getting that dirty. Like, you do it all. Like you're putting the saddle on, getting under that horse, getting all dirty, freaking dirt mustache going. And the best part though, I wish we could have got a close-up though of your like right here because your makeup had worn off. And so it was just like this big white circle. And your makeup around. It was funny.
SPEAKER_03This is the thing. Like, I got already, I like did my makeup because I was like, hey, we're filming the podcast, but then you go to the barn, it's like 95 degrees outside, and it's like work. Like people don't, I don't think I don't think people understand how much like actual work goes into getting the horse ready, saddling the horse, like setting everything up. And so, yeah, by the time you got there, you just showed up and got on and filmed and left. And yeah, yeah, so yeah, but I do love it. Like, I don't I don't even care. Like, I I could spend all day and all night at the barn, and I love it.
SPEAKER_01That's great. I mean, yeah, I did not uh see this coming. I thought this whole thing would die quick.
SPEAKER_03The horses, yeah.
SPEAKER_01I thought you'd get into it for a sec, and then you kind of get over it because it is a lot of work and it's yeah, dirty, it's nasty, you're yeah, it's not like glamorous. No, yeah, and so yeah, you've stuck with it though.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I love it.
SPEAKER_01That's cool.
SPEAKER_03Well, speaking of horses, I'll make this one quick. I have a horse update. I took my first, um no, I'm not buying another horse, even though I want to. I took my first cutting lesson.
SPEAKER_01The heck is that?
SPEAKER_03Okay, have you ever seen um we I'll send some videos and we can like add videos into this podcast.
SPEAKER_01But um, who's adding the videos? You me? Yeah, um I this that's like uh you and Aegan do that same thing to me. It's like, yeah, we're we're gonna do this. Zach's gonna do that. Yeah, okay.
SPEAKER_03Zach will add some videos. So if I don't do a great job of explaining it. So have you ever seen the videos of there's like 10 cows in the arena, and the horse walks through like the herd of cows, and he separates one cow from the rest of the herd, and it's like the one, the one single cow, the horse and the rider, and then the herd of cows is behind. And you have to keep the one cow away from the herd. And so it's like trying to run past you, and you have to run and keep up with it and make sure that it doesn't get back into the herd. That's called cutting.
SPEAKER_01What what are we doing here? Are we getting distracted from barrels?
SPEAKER_03No, it's just fun. This is this is the thing that I love about the horse world. There's always something to learn, and there's always like a new, like whatever you want to call it, like discipline, whatever. So it's like in the Western world, there's a million things that you can do in the Western world, and it's just it's good to like be versatile because then it just makes you a better writer, and it's just fun. It's like not that serious. It's like when you're in the horse horse world, you don't only have to do barrels and you don't only have to do English, or you don't only have to do ranching. It's like you can do whatever the heck you want, and it's just fun.
SPEAKER_01So, do you have to get another trainer to teach you this one?
SPEAKER_03So, I mean, kind of, but he's he's like the barn manager, the head trainer at the barn that I'm at, and I was riding and he came up to me and he was like, Hey, when are we gonna put you on a cutting horse? And I was like, Whenever you tell me to. And he was like, Okay, come Friday.
SPEAKER_01You heard that people, horse number three's coming, it's gonna be a cutting horse.
SPEAKER_03I I did tell Michael, I was I called him after it, and I was like, that was so fun. Because it's like it's unpredictable. It's like with barrels, you know exactly what to do. You go around the barrels, you run fast, and that's it.
SPEAKER_01But with cutting-s work on that first. Well, yes, let's take it one step at a time.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, but it's just fun to like try something new. But with cutting, it's you don't know what the cow's gonna do. And so it's like you and the horse that I was on is so nice. Like, I pretty much they put me on a horse that is kind of like, okay, you kind of sit there and just hang on, type of thing. I'm telling you, my arm has never been so sore in my entire life. Because you hold on to the horn, like you like you hold on to the horn and kind of like push yourself in the seat to like keep you seated because the horse one second is turning this way, and then the next second he's running the other way. So it's like you need the horn to like kind of hold on. And I told I texted the guy after, like two days later, I was like, my arm has never been so sore in my entire life. And he was like, I know it's such a workout, but it's so fun. He was like, Did you like it? And I was like, Oh my gosh, I loved it. Like, I want to do it again. And he was like, Okay, come next week.

And I would be like annoyed if they weren't like they've been working super hard. And there's been so many guys at the house every day. And and like our general contractor, they've been great. Um, and it's turning out, I think, amazing. I think Megan did a good job.

SPEAKER_03No, I think no, she did say student loan debt because I was like, well, it's not a credit card.
SPEAKER_01So I guess one thing that was omitted from above was that she started at BYU, quit, and then went to cosmetology school and didn't finish that either. So she's now sitting with a bunch of debt and no outcome. But she went to BYU. Like, can't be that much debt, first off. Yeah, but isn't BYU kind of it's probably like one of the cheapest schools in the country, especially for how good a school it is. It's very, very cheap. And cosmetology school can't be that expensive either. So you know what? I think it's gonna be all right. Um but she also wrote in another question. You absolutely do not have to answer this, but someone is wondering if your family has come into money recently. Rachel with her huge amount of recent Hermes purchases, Emily's pool, Amy's horses. I think I think it's great if you have, but I also think people are just interested in your lives.
SPEAKER_03Um I am not aware that we've come into any money. I think that Rachel, Drew's career has really taken off. Rachel was the breadwinner for a long time, and then she was like, I want to be done, I'm retiring. And then Drew's career kind of took off. And so Rachel still has her influencing career. So she whatever money, and she told Drew this whatever money she makes off her influencing career, that's what she gets to spend. So I think it's just switching a little bit on what she's spending her money on, and she's choosing to spend her money on brick ins. Emily, for the first like two years, didn't finish her backyard, and then finally she was like, I want to finish my backyard. I feel like that's kind of normal. Or it's like you don't finish your basement or like whatever.
SPEAKER_01That is true, that's true, that's normal.
SPEAKER_03And so it like you kind of gotta break it up a little bit. Yeah, and so that's what she did, and then they finished their backyard, and also now that Emily's like a designer, like she's gotten really good contacts of like to get things cheaper. Drew is a contractor, um, he's he helped her with the pool house, so it's like I don't know, they she I don't I don't know, she whatever. And me with my horses, I guess you've come into a lot of money. I've come into money, i.e., I got a loan from Michael that I have to pay back over the next lifetime.

We haven't really done anything special in a long time. Wait, sorry.

So, the less than 24 hours later, the doctor calls. It's a boy. So we know it's a boy. Obviously, the first person I call is my husband, and he's at work. And what does this mean immediately? What does this man immediately do? Tells his entire family and texts my mom, and yes, my mom's word spreads like wildfire to anyone and everyone. And I couldn't even be the one to tell my own mother the gender of my baby I am currently carrying. I absolutely lost it, but somehow it gets worse. When I confronted him, he tried to backtrack and say he didn't tell anyone. Like, bro.

SPEAKER_01He said, Sir, and then she said, Sir, I'm in the family group chat, I have eyes. He said, I got excited, I screwed up, I'm sorry. I would still be mad, but instead he completely disregarded something addicts. Basically told him was important to me less than 24 hours later, took away a moment, I can't get back, and then tried to deny doing it. I was so furious, I blocked him, stopped sharing my location location, sorry, that's weird, is what she said, and refused to pick him up from the train because I genuinely needed space from dealing with him. We have one family car and traffic in San Francisco is horrendous. So I drop him off and pick him up from the train that goes into San Francisco. So, guys, am I being dramatic and just pregnant, or would you absolutely be livid too? And once I stop seeing Red, how would you reproach this? That the why that's actually hilarious. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Erica. Uh that is funny that you blocked him and then didn't pick him up at the train station and made his ass walk.

SPEAKER_03Which That was so weird the way you said that. She's looking to get a little pregnant. Like it's just like it's just her, first of all. Like she's like out looking for a car or something, you idiot.
SPEAKER_01I'm saying this because I I know your dad is always like, Zach, you're grounded whenever this type of conversation's coming up come up. So uh anyway, Megan's looking to have a third child. Also, she's been talking a lot about twins recently. I don't know what's going on there. That's frightening. Anyway, so she's has an ID, and so she's went to go get that out. Um, but she wanted to go to a doctor in Utah before she moved here. And so then she goes, and supposedly, like, there's little strings that hang out. I don't know where they hang, but hang out.
SPEAKER_03I'm dead.
SPEAKER_01That's what she how she described it, okay?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And so they're supposed to go up there and pull the little strings, and then the whole thing, little thing comes out, and then that's it. But the the strings were hidden, not there.
SPEAKER_03They hid, they were hiding from the doctor, they ran away.
SPEAKER_01They weren't there. I don't know what happened to them. Something something was going on, and they had a mind of their own and were up there, and they couldn't find them, so then they had to keep bringing in tools to uh keep going further and further up there, and aka was very painful, and they didn't like give her anything to make it not painful, and I just heard she had I mean, obviously, that'd be a terrible experience, and then she was crying, and you guys were on the phone with her, so I'll pass it over to you so you can tell your side of what was going on.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so yes, okay, so we love our OB. Love him, he's the best, he's delivered all of the babies.
SPEAKER_01Yes, I will second that he's like the nicest human ever.
SPEAKER_03No, like we love him so much, so like I don't want this to be like any shade because it's not just him, it's yeah, it's it's majority, it's majority of people. They don't offer like any pain medicine or drug or relief for IUD insertion, exertion. Is exertion a word?
SPEAKER_01Just say removal, whatever.
SPEAKER_03Anyway, so the place that I went to, unfortunately, it was not this my not my OB, but I went to a place, they offer, they'll give you a Valium, they'll do laughing gas, or they will do full sedation. So I did full sedation because I was like, no, no, I can't, like, there's no way I could deal with that. Like, I want to be put out, I don't want to remember anything. So I told Megan, I was like, you should go here because like it's gonna be painful. And she said it was painful getting it put in. Anyway, she couldn't get in. So she was like, whatever, I have to do it before I leave. I'm going to my OB. And she also wanted to talk to him about like um like her third baby and like what she should do because she's gonna be in Texas. So she wanted to talk to him anyway, whatever.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, which is good.
SPEAKER_03So she calls me and she's like, Hey, like they're about to do it. I'm so scared. And I was like, You got this, like you're a strong bad bit. And they're like rummaging up there, and they're like, Oh my god, they're like, um, yeah, okay, so we'll be right back. And Megan's like, is everything okay? And they're like, Yeah, we just can't find it. So we're gonna go get the ultrasound tech. So then the ultrasound tech comes in and she's like, Yep, it's there, I see it. So then they're like going back up there, like, I don't know. And Megan is like, ow, ow, ow, like, oh my gosh, like this hurts so bad. And they're like, Yeah, we still can't find it, so we have to go get the doctor. So then the OB comes in and he's like, Okay, like your strings are not where your strings should be. They're like up, and so like it's gonna be painful, but we're gonna get it. So he finally gets it, and he's like, the strings were tucked up, and then me and my mom were on FaceTime, and my mom was like, Well, is there scar tissue? Because sometimes your IUD will like embed itself into your uterus, and then that creates scar tissue, and then that prevents the embryo from implanting and you becoming pregnant because it doesn't have like a safe space, a safe space to like attach to.

SPEAKER_03Um, and so then me and my mom are like firing off these questions on FaceTime, and he's like, No, no, like everything's fine. There was no scar tissue, whatever. So then Megan's like sobbing because it was obviously so painful. And mind you, a lot of people are like, oh, after you have a baby, it's like not that bad. Okay, Megan's never had a baby vaginally, she's had c-sections for both her babies, so like that does kind of change things. And anyway, so then they're like talking about how she wants to have a third baby, and I was like, Dr. Nance, I was like, give her Clomed as a treat. So then she got Clomed. Yeah, I was like, she deserves Clomed after what you just put her through. Give her Clomed as a treat.
SPEAKER_01And why did I just say I like that as a treat? But anyway, that's the stuff that makes twins.
SPEAKER_03Well, it just it you have a higher percentage of having twins on Clomed. It's not like a guaranteed thing, like my mom did Clomed to get me and Megan, Rachel did Clomed to get Isla, and then Emily did Clomed to get Canon, and none of those none of them are twins. Okay, so it just brings your percentage up a little bit, and Megan was trying to explain it to me because it's like I can't remember the exact numbers, but it's like one in like a hundred people have twins, and then one in two hundred, yeah. And then when you're on Clomed, it's like five, it's like between like five and a hundred have twins, and me and Megan were like, those are horrible odds.
SPEAKER_01Like, no, she said this. This was funny though. She was like, Yeah, it's like one in two hundred people have twins, and then she was like, ten in two hundred have twins. And I was like, she's like, those are terrible odds. I was like, what? Yeah, it's 10 and 200. She tried to 10% chance. She tried to explain it to me the way that 20 and 200, so it was 10%, but anyway.
SPEAKER_03She tried to explain it to me the way you explained it to her, like with like shopping or something. I can't remember, like the analogy that you used. And I was like, I need Zach to explain this to me because you're doing a horrible job. Like, I was not understanding what she was saying.
SPEAKER_01She said, so 10 in 200 will get I think that's what she said. I can't remember the numbers. She said 10 and 200 will no, no, it was like I don't remember the numbers. But it increased it significantly. Because I think she said 10 and 200 will have twins. So 10 and 200 is 5% will have twins.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that doesn't seem very high.
SPEAKER_01But no, but then she said with Clomet, it goes from 10 uh and 200 to 20 or 200, I believe. So that means your percent goes from five to ten percent chance.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's that still doesn't seem very high. Uh I mean like I thought it was gonna be like a 50% chance you have twins.
SPEAKER_01No, no, no, no. I don't, yeah, that would be insane. I would not know if I would want to swing at those odds.
SPEAKER_03I hope you guys have twins.
SPEAKER_01I can there's one way, like I have thought a lot about it too. I would love to have twins, so she only gets cut open one more time. Like, I just generally like I can't, I don't do well with that.
SPEAKER_03I don't like No, you get very squeamish.
SPEAKER_01Well, it's just like watching your wife like literally get cut almost in half, like on the table. Blood everywhere.
SPEAKER_03It's just well, and you like pass out at the side of blood, but it's not so much the blood.
SPEAKER_01I'm not talking about like the blood, like I'm not talking about because it's like my own thing of being like squeamish, it's more of I don't like watching her get cut open. Yeah, yeah. No, that's that's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_03It's like you're already like freaked out of blood, and then seeing your wife in that position, it like makes it a hundredfold.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's just terrifying, terrifying. Like hearing that your mom did a nine hour surgery, like that's insane to me. I couldn't imagine someone being on it for nine hours. Like that whole stuff scares me. Anyway, um, so I was Wait, have you ever been put under? Yeah, I've had surgery. Two three times.
SPEAKER_03On your knee?
SPEAKER_01Two knee, one shoulder. Yeah. But I just don't I don't know. It's just scary because I don't know. I don't know, someone. I know someone I've actually known a couple people that have like gone under for surgery, but I knew one person that woke up early, like after surgery, where they're supposed to be in the room, but no one was in there with them because they thought they were supposed to still be asleep, so they woke up, threw up, choked on their own throw up and died.
SPEAKER_03Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Like because they were still supposed to be like out, so like weren't really in it, but they woke up and like threw up from the medicine and then choked on it because no one was in there to help them and die. So it's like I also knew someone that's horrible. Like and like last or two years ago, there was someone I knew that like had a couple like surgeries, and it was like a mom, and then she like it was like all you know cosmetic, and then she died while she was like right after the surgery. It's just you never know what's gonna happen.
SPEAKER_03Like, I mean, yeah, surgery is scary.
SPEAKER_01People die all the time, so that's why I like freak out about it.
SPEAKER_03Whenever I get put under, I'm always like, I'm gonna wake back up, right? And the anesthesia, the anesthesiologist is always like, Yep, I'll see you in just a few minutes.
SPEAKER_01It's kind of wild. Like, if you think about it, if you think about it, like you're literally just somehow they're keeping you alive, you can't feel anything, you have no idea what's going on, and they're just going to town on it. It's like and they're not they're not soft.
SPEAKER_03No, no, no, no, no. Like Emily, rough. Emily went and observed one of Taylor's dad's surgery. He was an orthopedic surgeon and it was a hip replacement. No, and she watched it, she watched it, she loved it because she like loves stuff like that. Taylor, that's when Taylor was like, I can't be a surgeon, and that's when he switched to finance. But Emily was like, he is putting like all of his like strength and might into this, and they're like sawing you back and forth, and they're like dragging you, like she was like, it's crazy. Like, she was like, I always thought they were like gentle, and she's like, No, no, no, you're like a rag doll in there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, no, I remember I was, I don't know how old this was a church activity. My church leader, he was an orthopedic surgeon as well, took us in and went to his office and went into like a surgery room, and he had a styrofoam like bone set up, and he showed us how to do a knee replacement, and he takes out this like massive saw and just like saws it in half. And I was like, I literally had to sit down. Everyone else is like, whoa, dude, that's crazy. And I was like 12-year-old and almost passed out.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, it's it's insane, and like thinking about my mom, because like okay, so she got an upper, she got um an eyebrow lift, so they cut you like right here. You're not even listening, bro.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, sorry. The person just said they had a family emergency that was doing something at the house, so they had to leave. Anyway, go.
SPEAKER_03So they cut you right here, then they cut you like in right in front of your ear, right behind your ear, and like down the side of your neck. And then she also did a neck lift, and so she they cut under her chin and they lift everything up, and when they lift everything up and sew it back down, whatever's left, like whatever's left over, cut off. So, like when I think about it, and her eye, her eyelids too, when he was explaining to me the upper and lower bluff, literally, he's like, I just pinch the skin, and whatever skin I'm pinching, just snip. Oh, uh and I'm like, oh, like your eyelids, like no.
SPEAKER_00Oh, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_03Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_01I could never do that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I couldn't.
SPEAKER_01Do you think they look at people differently? Just because like you know what it's like, it work and do you think so many times like it just like it just changes the way you think about things. So, like, do they view a human body as like that's work? Like, I have to, you know what I mean? Like, I have to go cut that person off. It's just like what I do.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I think I don't know. I don't know. You know what I mean? You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. I always wonder, like, especially with plastic surgeons, like, okay, so we're really good friends with Chitty. Like, whenever I see Chitty out, or like I think one time we were at Rachel's house for a party or something, and me and Emily were talking to him, and we were like, we kind of want to get upper bluffs, like whatever. And so it just like made me start thinking, like, for plastic surgeons, especially, like when they're just like out in public, are they like, oh, like I would snip that off, or I would do a nip and tuck here, or like, or do they is it just like so separated that they're only thinking about that, like when they're at work, like when they're out in public, are they just like not even thinking about it, you know? Because I feel like I would be like, Oh yeah, you like I want to lift this up and this is what you should. Do you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_01I bet they do. I bet they do. Because I just think about like what I used to do my last job, and anyway, I like drive down the street or like see things, I definitely think like, oh, this is interesting. You know, I like I immediately take it back to work. So I bet they see people and like, oh, they would look so much better if I did this or that. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Because I feel like even like with dentists, like yeah, you know, yeah. I feel like they would be like, ooh, yeah, we could do some braces or some of Invisalign or like some veneers or something.
SPEAKER_01Probably. Anyway, well, uh Megan, poor Megan, had a rough experience, and that was not.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, so bottom line, back to back to like the meat and the potatoes of it all.
SPEAKER_00We You have the most freaking odd phrases. I swear you are 75 freaking years old. What is wrong with you?
SPEAKER_03That is a saying.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, if you're 75, back to the meat and potatoes of what we're talking about. What was the other one that you said? You gotta be dumb and tough.
SPEAKER_03No, if you're gonna be dumb, you have to be tough. You can't be both.
SPEAKER_01Like, yeah, you're 75.
SPEAKER_03Okay, anyway, back to the meat and potatoes of it. Every OB or any person, clinic, doctor's office, whatever, if you are doing an IUD insertion or removal, you need to offer something, whether that's a Valium, whether that's light sedation, like wisdom teeth. You don't have to be put all the way under general. You could do local. Like at least offer something.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah, so she needed something. That was crazy.
SPEAKER_03It's it's honestly ridiculous. It's like the guys get at least a valium when they get a vasectomy. Some of some even get put under local anesthesia.
SPEAKER_01I don't know anything about that, but well, that's true, so yeah. No, that was that was rough. And it sucked that she had to do it by herself. That was done, you know what I mean? Yeah, I felt bad. Yeah. Well, that's all I had for this episode. You got anything else?
